Let’s just say they are the best. They are honest and over delivered on everything. I had to be out of my house and move cross country in two days. Steve, the manager, helped me get my mind straight and came up with many doable options. I ended up getting a 26 foot Uhaul and he sent his dream team to help load it on a day’s notice. I had a 5 bedroom house and figured I would get 2 bedrooms at most in the truck. The dream team showed up at 11 and were done by 3.
Don and the other guy were the movers. They filled the Uhaul like a Tetris puzzle. Every inch was packed to the ceiling. Thankfully, I was able to keep the important stuff and a lot more because of how they packed it. There were so many breakable items, from lamps to picture frames and they made sure it was all packed in securely. I moved it into a storage facility twice the size of my Uhaul and it barely fit. That’s how tight they packed me.
These movers are incredible! Their speed was amazing. Don had 120 hours in…in two weeks. He came in on his day off to help me because Steve told him I was in a bind. My experience was absolutely the best and I highly recommend this company. Steve will set you up and if you get the “Don and Don” crew, they will wow you! My neighbors watched from afar and they were shocked at how quickly they finished too.

Your team, Kyle, and Jeff, were wonderful. They were skillful, careful, energetic, and efficient. They were so cheerful throughout that it was a positive pleasure to see them around. Not that our move didn’t present them with many problems. We presented them with lots of problems; furniture too big to fit through a door, frail pieces of furniture and irreplaceable antiques, packed boxes galore, and lots of breakables, everything that can make a move difficult. But everything arrived safe and sound (which has never happened to us before) and in the place we wanted it to be.
At the end of the day, we felt like shouting for joy because this move was so well done. In all our previous moves we had goods damaged, things misplaced and were left in a state of semi-chaos. Not so with your work.

In April, my husband and I contracted with A Better Moving & Storage Co. to move our belongings from Sacramento, California to Valencia, Spain. They were recommended by a close friend who recently moved to West Africa and used them. We had a lot of valuable antiques, an old grandfather clock, and small furniture items to be shipped overseas.

We received our shipment last week. There were five pallets that came in the container. Absolutely NOTHING was broken!!! The household pick up by Jeff and Jeremy was amazingly fast. Their depth of experience showed in how well they thought through organizing the load to prevent damage to any of our belongings. At the delivery, movers managed heavy furniture upstairs, through narrow doors and twisting hallways with amazing precision and care.

Smooth Process and On-time Delivery
From the first interaction with Alex of setting the date of our move, to having a home visit, to receiving the estimate, and easily changing our move date forward by one week with Steve, EVERYTHING was handled professionally and efficiently. Alex was very clear in explaining the process of how we would be charged based on weight, gas, mileage and time.
The day of the load Nowell and Miles were hard working and friendly. Moving is stressful and they didn’t add any tension to the situation. The following day at the new house things went VERY WELL. We all worked together getting boxes and furniture in the assigned rooms and by the time they left our beds were assembled and the fridge was cooling down. Everything arrived in one piece and we were extremely happy with the experience we shared with them.
Even the bottom line invoice was a little less than they estimated! I highly recommend this company; 5 STARS all the way!
Professional and Honest Movers
I moved two skids of household goods from the Sacramento area to Pennsylvania. They included some very delicate items. Working with the operations manager and customer service, I got a team of packers sent to my house who were very professional, extremely careful, and treated my goods with great care. All items arrived in perfect condition, with no breakage at all. In addition, the ops manager followed up with a phone call to check the status and to make sure all arrived in good shape.
